I hired this attorney 2 years ago. Why I waited so long for a resolution? One word trust. You assume that once you sign a contract with someone and pay the fees requested they will do what is within the allowable legal system to help. Isnt that why one becomes a defense attorney. This attorney has va...cated his office and moved out of California and never refunded me, represented me or even told me he was no longer going to assist me in my case. Unfortunate that people take advantage of people!

Consulted with Tony while in jail facing a bogus attempted murder charge. My case was self-defense, but despite the facts, Tony shook his told me there was no way out of "a looooong state prison sentence" (his words). It was clear Tony, like most attorneys, was just looking to strike a plea deal wi...th the prosecution. Long story short, I went with a different attorney, who also was only interested in money and not spending time on a trial to actually defend someone - and ended up doing 2 years 4 months total on the lesser bogus charge of "attemped manslaughter". If I went with Tony, I would have got whatever he meant by "a looooooong" sentence - I assume that means 5, 10, or more years. Bottom line: most defense attorneys just want to get you through the system fast without a trial, it's all about their money and their time, f*ck your life and f*ck the facts of the case. Couple that with the fact that prosecutors make it so risky to go to trial you'd be a fool not to plead guilty... (over 97% of felony cases never go to trial).

I was on my way to prison most likely for probation violation when tony not only got me released within 24 hours but also got my probation dropped too... a month later the Feds show up at my home for questioning . scared the heck out of me and they kept coming back . until I retained tony again and... I never have heard from the Feds again.. he is a little blunt and impatient but to the point and keeps it real with you and your situation.

This lawyer helped my witha couple PROBATION VIOLATIONS !!!!!!!!! YES ITS POSSIBLE. NO JAIL TIME! I am a female with an extensive criminal record and an even longer Traffic record. He has been getting traffic tickets that were 800 dropped nothing just pay him. a couple bills. BUT MOST OF ALL HE GOT... ME OUT OF POSSIBLE PRISON TIME. MY DRUG PROBATION WAS VIOLATED WITH 2 PIPE CHARGES! DROPPED JUST LIKE THAT! Im on a joint suspenssion 3 year. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO SHOW UP
