Closing issue solved
We had 5000.00 held back by the lender and after 2 months of not getting and answer - we hired Jacob, he got it back to us in 5 days! Great and will continue to use him!

Its never easy to hire an attorney because a lot of attorneys don't try to make an issue bigger than it actually is in order to scare you to sign up with them fast.
