I am a 26-year veteran of criminal defense and civil litigation. I have been a prosecutor and handled very serious white collar federal and Attorney General, statewide jurisdiction cases. Similarly, I have handled commercial and other basic and complex civil litigation from a consumer protection prosecution brought by the state Attorney General and the Sacramento District Attorney against a large corporate client.
