I hold a California Commercial Driver’s License and my speeding ticket would have cost me more than just a fine. The points would have meant that I could not have continued my work as a CDL driver. I was cited for running red light in January 2011 and was worried it would affect my driving record. I contacted a couple of lawyers who seemed to be more into taking money than doing the job. I finally decided to check more and found Mr. Roberts on this site. I contacted him via email briefing him ...on my problem, within hours, he replied asking for details. To start off, I had a very difficult traffic case. I was written up for speeding at 110 on the 23 Freeway just off Thousand Oaks. This case is 22348(b)- exceeding 100mph and is a very serious case here in California (just short of receiving a DUI). Furthermore, I was driving a new vehicle and did not... have my insurance card yet (added another violation to my ticket). I was facing a 30 day suspension, a $1800 ticket, and two points on my record. After making this horrible mistake, I immediately went online to research the ticket and look into getting legal counsel. I actually visited this website where I found Andy. I called him and he answered right away, and took the time to go over everything with me. The price for the services was also fair. I was immediately impressed and decided to work with him. This is the BEST thing that could possibly happen (short of the officer not showing at all). Ultimately, my ticket was reduced to 22349 (exceeding 65mph), my insurance fine was taken off, and Andy even got me eligible for traffic school from the judge!
