Andrew Roberts is everything you want in a lawyer and more. Let me outline my case so you have a rough idea what I was up against. I in retrospect I have no idea what would have happened had I not hired Andrew. I am from Germany and was employed as an Intern in California. In the stupidest moment... of my life I drove home at 5 in morning after a night out, fell asleep behind the wheel and hit a lightpole on the freeway. The police came and I agreed on a blood test and was taken to Jail for the night. I thought this is it, I'll have to go home now. The blood test came back with 1.3 and it was clear I was in a very bad situation. Furthermore I was facing the tough Ventura county court. The evidence was against me: I caused an accident, admitted that I was the driver and the blood test clearly was above the 0.8 that are allowed. And then just imagine: My visa was running out, not even the court really knew how to deal with the situation as I was not an American citizen. I was not allowed to stay after my Visa expires. How was I suppose to take the alcohol classes etc? Mr. Roberts then performed nothing short of a miracle: - He first was able to push back the DMV hearing so I was allowed to keep my license for another 4 months!!! until my Visa expired and I had to go home . Everybody that has ever lived in California knows how important having a vehicle is. - The court hearing was also pushed back to a date after my Visa had expired. Instead of going to Jail I was allowed to serve 24 hours of community service in Germany. I was also allowed to do the alcohol class online. - Furthermore Andy also dealt with the DMV in an amazing manner. The DMV is another insitution you have to face in a DUI case and completely independent from your court case. Through his extensive networks of colleagues and insurance companies he was able to find a way that even allows me to drive in California again once I served all my sentences. The case was as complicated as DUI cases can get and Mr. Roberts rose to the challenge and surpased even my wildest hopes. If you are in a DUI situation then the last thing you need is lawyers giving you false promises. You need Andy Roberts!

I hired Mr. Roberts 2 weeks ago because I had a misdemeanor : I was driving without a California driver's license and I can't get one (I'm on an expired visa). I was so afraid to be deported or to have a criminal record that would look bad for my future green card application. We went to court this m...orning and he got the case... DISMISSED! 2 weeks ago my family had a REAL emergency. My brother was in jail for a misdemeanor and ICE put a hold on him due to his Immigration status which could mean possible deportation. Andy Roberts saved me from facing jail time, being deported, having my car impounded, and paying major fines. I was issued two consecutive misdemeanor citations for driving without a license, having a suspended license, having no registration and speeding. Somehow he had all the charges dismissed. I ...now have a completely clean driving record with DMV and paid no fines.
