ok, so this is my story. I was driving back from vegas to LA and i got caught by police and he was saying im speeding with 102 mph!!! so i received a ticket for 22348 (b) -100+mph. it is the first time i've received a 100+ mph ticket. Andrew Roberts answered my call on a Saturday morning (the first and only lawyer I reached to do so!) and spent twenty minutes of his time going over the details of a recent case involving my domestic partner who was detained and sent to LA County Jail. My partner had obtained a different lawyer to ...deal with a bench warrant regarding a traffic violation over 6 years old and as a result was detained at the Van Nuys courthouse and sentenced by the judge to 10 days despite paying for legal representation. Well, to start off I just got a new job that is incredbile, and i love it, but they require that i have no accidents or speeding tickets or i would be suspended for a year from driving the company trucks. Well, after about 8 months of working with them i was driving my personal vehicle down 99 and I ...zoned out and went over the speed limit about 15 mph.
