I worked closely with Cindy on several sensitive and potentially expensive employment disputes. In each case, Cindy was spot on with her strategy and thorough in her follow through and documentation. The outcomes were better than expected in each matter.

Cindy has assisted our company with several tenuous business situations relating to personnel issues. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but her follow up is impeccable. Personally I've found Cindy to be friendly, helpful and a great communicator.
"Cindy is a highly knowledgeable employment lawyer who cares about her clients and works hard to achieve the best possible results for them. She hones in on the important issues, looks at all the facts, and works to resolve matters as economically as possible for the client, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and competence."
"I have worked with Cindy intensively for some eight years now. In my experience, she ranks at the very top of knowledgeable practitioners fully dedicated to service and results. Our particular practice area, labor and employment, can be especially challenging when the parties are polarized, whether out of lack of information, personal animosities, or both. Cindy holds a singular talent for guiding such highly charged matters to resolution while maintaining client interests as paramount. I recommend Cindy highly."
