Biography
My practice consists solely of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Our firm has handled thousands of cases and have obtained close to $100,000,000 in settlements and verdicts on behalf of our clients. As a former attorney for many of the big insurance companies, I understand the tactics they use to shortchange the victim of an accident. Our firm specializes in catastrophic injury cases resulting from car, bike, bus, truck or motorcycle accidents, trip/slip and fall cases, dog bites, construction accidents. We also handle wrongful death cases and major brain (TBI) or spinal cord injury cases. We work with some of the best medical specialists across the State to make sure our clients get the best treatment for their injuries.

I grew up in the South Bay area of Los Angeles and most of my clients come from referrals from friends, acquaintances, former clients and even defense attorneys against whom we have had cases. I have handled cases and gone to trial and arbitration on behalf of my clients throughout California, including but not limited to Torrance, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Orange County, the Valley, Long Beach, Norwalk, Pomona, Burbank, San Diego, San Francisco and the beach cities. Our clients come from all walks of life including police officers, fire fighters, doctors, teachers, construction workers, domestic workers, longshoreman and other union members. We take each case personally and do our best to deliver the personal service that you would expect from anyone representing you in anything - especially your lawyer.

Auto Accident
John is an excellent lawyer. I was injured when a driver made a left turn in front of me. I not only got a fair settlement but great medical care. In addition, I was also compensated for lost wages.
