Biography
Dr. Sarah Condor-Fisher, M.A., Ed.D., J.D., LL.M., is a former Olympic swimmer, "All American" athlete, USMS National Champion, Miss USA in Natural Bodybuilding, and Level 3 USMS "Recognized Coach." She represents sports associations in business and doping-related issues, as well as individual athletes accused of PED abuse; specializes in promotional and endorsement contracts, WADA regulations, trademark and copyright. Dr. Fisher is well versed in general corporate and business law, including incorporations, small business defense. She has represented clients in property litigation, neighbor disputes, breach of contract actions, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases. As a former language expert at the European Union, she is also acquainted with EU laws and procedures.
Currently, Dr. Fisher teaches Constitutional, Healthcare, and Education law at Howard Taft University. As a former University Professor of American Literature and English, with many years of teaching experience, language expert formerly employed by the European Commission and the CIA, and author of over 60 books, she is well-versed in the intricacies of the English tongue. This makes her an invaluable asset to all clients with transactional issues and claims based on contractual vagaries. She is proficient in writing Bylaws, Shareholder Agreements, Investorship Agreements, Promotional and Entertainment contracts.
Dr. Condor-Fisher is personable, and has excellent communicative and negotiation skills. As a lifelong student, Professor, and Doctor of Education, she is experienced in communicating with deans, principals, superintendents, boards of trustees, and other educators. She has advised parents on their child's options in individual learning plans and special education plans. She is the author of a guiding textbook on School Bullying and Harassment, as well as a textbook on Body Image.
