Divorce

She is a great attorney always honest following the protocols and professional ethics what I liked the most from her!, even I got sometimes upset, She made me recognize what it was the importance of focusing in one thing that it was getting divorce, even the opposite party weren’t as honest as they s...hould she was fair with both parties. She earned my respect and trust she guide me the entire lengthy process. She was calm and confident on the hearings with the judge. I will always be thankful, and appreciate the support and knowledge I received to finish my case., thanks Linda Lay.

Most courteous and thorough Lawyer.

It was our good fortune, to work with a Great attorney Linda Lam Lay. Linda was very precise in how she handled our Will and Trust. She made sure we understood all that was held in our Trust and that our wishes were clearly defined, within our Will. Linda eased our worries and patiently worked wi...th us, thru our revisions. Making out a Will seems easy but when you are IN the process, it takes on a very personal aspect. Linda was perfect in how she related to the human aspect of it all. Upon completion, we felt extremely confident, that everything will handled as we prescribed. So often in the Law profession, people get burnt out or it becomes automated and Lawyers lose a bit of their humanity and become just another suit for hire. Linda has the humanity and compassion, to help people feel at ease and comfortable with working out the uncomfortable reality of putting final answers to a person's wishes and possessions. My Wife and I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Linda with any legal need or advise. A Great Law firm Hurtik Law is and a true RARE find in Las Vegas.

Updated Family Will & Trust

We were needing to update our Will & Trust with the birth of our daughter and we were assigned Linda to help us out. On the first day she sat down with us she did a great job explaining to us exactly how to use the trust with an Amazon box analogy that really helped us understand how trusts work. A...nd then she went into details with recommendations on items we should update due to our newborn daughter. Throughout the weeks as the Will & Trust was being worked on she was very upfront with us and kept us updated on the status of the progress. We appreciated that a lot as we were never left in the dark on what the status of our Will & Trust was. When it was time to sign all of the documents Linda was very organized and upfront with us and explain to us exactly what we were signing. All-in-all we had a great experience with Linda and really enjoyed our conversations with her as she has a couple of younger kids as well so we got to share stories and advice. I would definitely use Linda again for any of my legal needs.
