Biography
My practice includes cases involving conflicts of interest in government decision-making, open meeting laws, the California Environmental Quality Act, and the California Public Records Act, among other general civil matters.
I received my J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in December 2011, where I served as Notes Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. I was also awarded the 2012 California Bar Scholarship from the Korean-American Bar Association of San Diego. I received my B.A. in History from California State University, Long Beach, in December 2008.
As a law student, I served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Timothy B. Taylor in the San Diego County Superior Court. I have also interned with the Constitutional Court of Korea, the Employee Rights Center, and the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office.
