Great experience

I had a bit of a wild ride with my divorce and custody matters. Linda and the team were always available to answer my questions and concerns. Everyone was empathetic towards my situation and treated me very professionally. I was always kept up to date with any actions taken and everything was communi...cated clearly and was easy for me to understand. I don't plan on getting divorced again, but if I do, I'll know who to call.

Highly Recommend Linda Lay!

Linda is amazing! This was my first experience dealing with the legal system, and during one of the most stressful times in my life she really helped calm my nerves, was so patient, kind and honest. I initially called many law firms and had many consultations and not one attorney was even remotely as... genuine as Linda was from the get go. While in court dealing with difficult attorneys, she always stayed calm, respectful and did an overall great job representing me. She never took advantage of me during my most vulnerable state. She was very responsive and always easy to communicate with. My case was a very difficult one, and Linda stayed strong and committed till the very end, and we came out with a great result! I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I ever do I will not hesitate to hire Linda again! I 100% recommend her.

Patient and Persistent

My case is one of the oldest cases on Linda’s desk. She inherited it in 2017 from another attorney after we had finalized the divorce decree. Due to my ex husband being out of state and completely uncooperative, we have continually gone back to court to enforce the decree. Most importantly, Linda ...and Carrie Hurtik were there for me when the children were not returned from a visit with my ex and he was withholding them in another state. They filed quickly and we were able to get the kids back in 10 days. They were available to me 24/7 during that difficult time. Their knowledge of the system and our judge specifically, has helped us when every battle. Thank you Linda and Carrie for caring about me and the kids.

Amazing Family Law Attorney

Linda Lay was/is absolutely amazing! I have been in a series of custody hearings over the course of 9 years! She by far is one of the most amazing attorneys and made me feel as though I was being heard on all accounts and took the time understand and get up to speed of all that had transpired over a... very lengthy ongoing battle. She did win my case and has stayed in contact following the last trial. She is amazing at communication...the absolute best I have come across in 9 years! I highly recommend!!
