I just want to leave this review on behalf of my fiancé and myself. Patricia is the real deal, she defends, protects and stands by her clients. She really goes above and beyond. She’s always very prompt to respond and never left us wondering. The opposing party’s law firm was HORRIBLE no type of comm...

Ms. Warnock is a very helpful and kind attorney. Refreshing in this age where most attorneys tend to promote fighting and the struggle. In the case of Patricia Warnock, she chooses empathy and solutions to what is often a difficult issue when it comes to children and custody. I would recommend you co...

Counselor Warnock was the qualifying licensed Las Vegas attorney for the John Buchmiller law firm. She spent a year and a half on my child custody case and got nothing accomplished with the exception of a reduction in child support obligation while I was laid off during covid. She decided to leave Bu...
This is a false and misleading review. The reviewer retained a firm where I worked. He did not retain me He was given an opportunity to come with me when I left the firm and he chose to stay with the firm. If he went to court with no attorney, it is because he refused to pay for services, including the amount he claims to have paid above. When an attorney leaves a firm, the clients have a choice of whether to go with the attorney or stay with the firm. He chose to stay with the firm because he did not want to pay for services.

I hired Patty to help me with a simple misdemeanor case in February 2020. After meeting with her in her office we agreed to terms and and I paid her fee in full... subsequently after the initial consultation that morning. As the case progressed she advised me on the possible outcome and what the ulti...
This review is inaccurate. I made three court appearances with the client, and one without. The case was closed except for the client's obligation to pay -- to which he had agreed. He had already been given over 6 months and had not made one payment on the case. He did not pay because he did not want to pay, not because he couldn't. I was not willing to go to court and make inaccurate representations with regard to his financial status and informed him of the same. I had also informed the court that I had other hearings that morning and they were willing to trail the case to the afternoon; the but the client wanted it heard right then.
"Patty was very good to work with. Even though we were opposing counsel on a child custody matter she was very quick to respond and was professional at all time. I enjoyed working with her because we were able to turn a bad situation into a solution for our clients."
"Patricia Warnock is a kindhearted woman who has worked in the legal industry over thirty years. Her amicability helps her settle disputes that otherwise would have dragged on to trial, and her ability to reason with the other side keeps your bills low and your case short. She is reasonable and fair. I recommend this attorney."
