A Real Attorney

I just want to leave this review on behalf of my fiancé and myself. Patricia is the real deal, she defends, protects and stands by her clients. She really goes above and beyond. She’s always very prompt to respond and never left us wondering. The opposing party’s law firm was HORRIBLE no type of comm...unication or cooperation and having a child in the middle made everything so hard specially emotionally. But Mrs. Warnock called them daily, emails, certified letter you name it! She definitely knows her laws, we are so pleased with how she represented us we won everything we asked for. If you need help in family law she’s the attorney you need! She’s professionally aggressive to make sure her clients get the rights, and respect we deserve. You’re the best, we will recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks again for helping us make sure we can see my stepson grow up, we are forever grateful.!

Kind and professional

Ms. Warnock is a very helpful and kind attorney. Refreshing in this age where most attorneys tend to promote fighting and the struggle. In the case of Patricia Warnock, she chooses empathy and solutions to what is often a difficult issue when it comes to children and custody. I would recommend you co...ntact her if you need good counsel.

Very Disappointing

Counselor Warnock was the qualifying licensed Las Vegas attorney for the John Buchmiller law firm. She spent a year and a half on my child custody case and got nothing accomplished with the exception of a reduction in child support obligation while I was laid off during covid. She decided to leave Bu...chmiller and start her own firm and completely abandon my case. She had from June of 2020 to March of 2021 to file my evidence of my schedule of arrears and my schedule of payment history and because she was leaving the firm in March of 2021, but she abandon my case and failed to file any of my evidence. She informed me ONE MONTH before my trial that she was leaving then told me she wanted another $2500-$5000 to finish the trial after I had already paid $4600 for her to do very little work on my case. I trusted Counselor Warnock and she abandon me and let me down. I went to court with no attorney and got run over. Your a disgrace Counselor. You should have done the right thing but all you really ever wanted was money. You never cared about my case. I was just a number. Hire Patricia Warnock at your own risk. But there are FAR better family attorneys. I should have known better.

This is a false and misleading review. The reviewer retained a firm where I worked. He did not retain me He was given an opportunity to come with me when I left the firm and he chose to stay with the firm. If he went to court with no attorney, it is because he refused to pay for services, including the amount he claims to have paid above. When an attorney leaves a firm, the clients have a choice of whether to go with the attorney or stay with the firm. He chose to stay with the firm because he did not want to pay for services.

Completely Unprofessional !

I hired Patty to help me with a simple misdemeanor case in February 2020. After meeting with her in her office we agreed to terms and and I paid her fee in full... subsequently after the initial consultation that morning. As the case progressed she advised me on the possible outcome and what the ulti...mate solution would be to my satisfaction. As the case progressed I found that she was not able to achieve any success with the DA and that I would be best advised to accept the 2nd offer they proposed without any success to address my concern regarding the excessive fine being imposed based on the circumstances that I felt were unfair with valid justification on my behalf. After realizing that I would be forced into the plea bargain to avoid trial I reluctantly agreed to accept the deal and move on where at that time I had requested more time to pay the fine based on my financial situation which was agreed to by court and set out for 6 months to complete my obligation. Upon leaving the court she stated to me " This had better be my last time to appear with you on this Matter " I assured her I would have my financial obligation to the court resolved at the next appearance. Subsequently due to the Covid Pandemic I asked and was granted 6 months to complete my obligation. In September 2020 I received a phone call from the court requesting my appearance for a status check in 2 days after my last appearance 1 moth earlier. I tried to reach Patty regarding the upcoming appearance at that time I sent her a text message to confirm that she would be there to represent me as my Attorney... she never returned my call or in any way tried to reach to me to assure me that she would be available or at a minimum advise me on how to proceed. The morning of court I advised the bailiff that my Attorney had never returned my call or spoken to me and that I would represent myself at the stars check the Judge has requested. I was informed that she had made contact with the court and stated she would be able to appear later that afternoon... which did me absolutely no good on the matter that morning nor did she ever call me afterwards or reach out to me in any manner. Absolutely shameful an utter disgrace to the legal profession Patty !

This review is inaccurate. I made three court appearances with the client, and one without. The case was closed except for the client's obligation to pay -- to which he had agreed. He had already been given over 6 months and had not made one payment on the case. He did not pay because he did not want to pay, not because he couldn't. I was not willing to go to court and make inaccurate representations with regard to his financial status and informed him of the same. I had also informed the court that I had other hearings that morning and they were willing to trail the case to the afternoon; the but the client wanted it heard right then.
