About the Firm
A team with 20+ years of Combined Trial and Litigation Experience. In addition to being fierce advocates in disputed divorce and family law matters, Roxas Law provides conflict resolution services as an alternative to costly court battles. Our philosophy is to work with clients to resolve their disputes in the most organized, timely, cost efficient and effective manner possible. Our Attorney Mediator is committed to helping families facilitate out-of-court agreements mediating issues involving divorce, paternity, child custody and visitation, parenting plan, child support, spousal support, and asset division. We work with low or high conflict clients to resolve their disputes privately and economically. Rather than “airing your dirty laundry” in court, all discussions and communications in mediation are privileged and confidential.
