Samuel Joseph Mamola

I am shocked by the vile and vindictive reviews of the last few posters. This is NOT my experience with Sam Mamola. He is a lawyer who makes house calls when you are unable to make it to his office. He is a lawyer who shows kindness and compassion when life is dealing you a bad hand. He is a lawyer... that will fight for you right now and worry about getting paid later. He is a lawyer with a strong sense of family, and he treated me as if I was a member of his. I can tell you he is a hood man and a good lawyer. If only there were more like him. The results he got for me in my case far exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend him for all of your legal needs.

My wife and I consulted with Mr. Mamola on a matter involving my parent's trust and my inheritance. He initially scheduled us for an hour consultation, but that quickly turned into two hours with the volume of documents and issues we had to discuss. After considering our situation, Mr. Mamola sug...gested that instead of initiating a lawsuit, we retain him, have him contact my family member who was the other side of the dispute, and seek a resolution. We did just that. While we could not agree initially, Mr. Mamola got our matter before a retired judge at a place here in Orange County called JAMS. The judge was extremely knowledgeable in inheritance cases and was able to, with Mr. Mamola's help, get all of the family to a common ground where we agreed to settle our differences. No litigation, no court costs, and the entire matter was settled in under six months! And at a small fraction of what a lawsuit would have cost. Upon receiving my inheritance, I contracted Mr. Mamola to draft my family's estate paperwork. I had no idea how much was involved, and how many decisions we had to make. But again, he got us through the process at a fair price, and completed everything he said he would do on time! I have nothing but good things to say about this lawyer. My family and I now consider him a friend. We couldn't be more satisfied with our results!

Sam Mamola is the "best of the best" and I say that from personal experience. The "Prenuptial Agreement" and "Trust" he created for me prior to my marriage proved impenetrable by my husband's divorce attorney who made every attempt to break it. His legal advice also helped me to save my home during m...y divorce. Mr. Mamola also created a very thorough and high-quality "Will and Trust" for a widowed member of my family. Mr. Mamola was nothing short of excellent. He assisted me with the formation of a corporation to provide asset protection for myself and my family, in the event of legal action against the business. Low and behold, a short year later, my company was the subject of a frivolous lawsuit. Mr. Mamola... assured me (correctly) that my family and I were safe from having our personal assets seized as a result. Thereafter, he developed an aggressive strategy of defending my company against the action. I must say that he was thorough and complete, and after a lengthy negotiation period with the opposing lawyer, Mr. Mamola was able to settle this case on my behalf for substantially less that the legal fees required to continue the fight -- not to mention the risk that always exists when you go to trial.
