This is the lawyer you need for a divorce

Philip came on board from my restraining order case to temporary spousal support case and he is still with me for the rest. I have to say that he is a truly amazing lawyer. Everytime we went to court I did not expect to win. However he would win. And what else do you want from a good divorce lawyer than winning. And as far as spousal support what he got me exceeded my max expectations. I am very happy with him, and he is a great guy. I am very lucky to have been referred to him. Two thumbs up.

I retained Philip Daigneault to represent me in my divorce. He took over the case under dire circumstances: my former attorney kept piling up legal bills, negotiated a support stipulation that would have led to my bankruptcy, and let my case stagnate for over 6 months. The former attorney wanted to place a lien on my house for $100,000 to cover litigation expenses. My ex- and her attorneys were not responsive, used sharp tactics to gain advantage, had little regard for facts, argued oral agreement for transfer of real estate based on undocumented conversations 15 years ago, ignored a bona fide settlement offer, and repeatedly threatened to dispose of my household property. The former attorney seemed to be at a loss with how to deal with all this. Philip quickly and efficiently took over my case, prepared for trial, won a critical RFO hearing on support, and negotiated a full settlement within 2 months! Results were better than I could have imagined. He obtained everything I needed and obtained concessions I could not have imagined. And, he did this while containing costs and fees. He and his team are terrific and knowledgeable attorneys who just happen to provide excellent customer service. They are highly experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, ethical, and honest. As a consumer, I feel I received top value. Philip is a terrific human being who has restored my faith in lawyers. I can attest that there is a class of ethical, highly effective lawyers and Phil Daigneault is at the top of that class.

The Bench and Bar Committee serves as a liaison between the judges and the attorneys which practice as members of the LACBA. I am also a former director of the South Bay Bar Association where I chaired the litigation committee. I have served on numerous charitable foundations including the Peninsula Education Foundation where I served as trustee and chaired the endowment committee.

I have taught and lectured other attorneys at California Mandatory Continuing Legal Education courses on topics ranging from phantom income, complex cash flow and business valuations to domestic violence and child custody.

Exceptional

Philip is an incredible professional whose skills paired with his genuine care during my Parental Alienation case was an absolute Godsend. He has a thorough understanding of co-parenting dynamics. His well-executed, holistic approach was instrumental in helping me successfully foster a renewed relationship with my child. Exceptionally difficult process but Philip dragged it over the finish line

Exceptionally difficult divorce due to the unyeilding, intransigent approach adopted by my ex and opposing council. Philip took a calm, steady approach that eventually terminated in a fair settlement. Recommended.

She wanted everything

Phil saved my ____. My ex wouldn't take yes for an answer, she wanted more. Phil was able to work with her attorney and get my freedom for what was fair and legal.
