I am an entertainment, intellectual property,and tax controversy attorney in Los Angeles and Orange County. I have clients all over the United assist them with a variety of transactions. I have over a decade of experience resolving tax controversies before the IRS, FTB and various states. I represent both individuals and businesses. My tax controversy practice includes but is not limited to the following: audits, offers in compromise, wage and bank levies and penalty the realm of entertainment, I advise producers and production companies with respect to the acquisition of intellectual property and the development and production of motion pictures, television and new media projects. In addition, I assist them with the engagement of talent and negotiating distribution have also negotiated writer and director agreements. I have substantial experience assisting clients in selecting,and clearing their trademarks and filing trademark applications on their behalf with the USPTO. I also help them to protect their trademarks and enforce their also have represented clients in trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and domain name disputes before ICAAN. I also regularly advise on copyright issues. My clients are in various industries including but not limited to entertainment, fashion, beauty, and technology.
