I was in need of some legal advice on a couple of occasions, and reached out to Mr. Leopoldis via Avvo. My legal issues were related to the growth of my business, and my liabilities as an employer. He provided both solid advice, as well as actionable suggestions to help with both issues. His fees are... very reasonable in comparison to other attorneys. Mr. Leopoldis has a very calm demeanor, and the use of "Mr" in my review, may be implying a stuffiness that does not exist. Brandon is very easy to speak to regarding legal matters, and very easily accessable by e-mail. He does not hide behind secretaries and ensures his clients needs are met. Mr. Leopoldis/Brandon may not be the best match for your legal needs, like a Dermatologist might not be the best match for your health needs, but he should be your FIRST call, and your Go-To Attorney, as he will tell you up front whether your issue matches his specialty -- and with his many legal connections, he will point you in the right direction and make sure you are in good hands, if the hands you need to be in are not his own.

I have sought guidance and expertise from Brandon on a variety of issues - from various business issues and contracts to entertainment law to probate questions to drafting of a will. Brandon handled and still handles each issue or "task" to my satisfaction and has continued to provide input and guid...ance on ongoing matters. High energy; attentive; Brandon listens to you and requests and reviews documents so he can understand the issues before making recommendations for a course of action. Important to me is that he is not afraid to say "let me research our options" or consult with a colleague rather than dive into uncharted waters. He is also not afraid to say, "No. That's not a good idea." or a flat out "No. That would be a bad deal to make and I won't let you do it.", something which he has done to me in more than one development deal. Prompt. Responsive. Thorough. Knowledgeable. I myself spent 27 years in law and hold a JD and multiple certifications, so for me to hire someone as my own attorney, there has been an extensive vetting process and confidence in the attorney I hire. Brandon has more than satisfied my requirements and needs in an attorney, and continues to do so.
