Bruce Gary Fagel

I wasn’t aware it would be possible for someone to die before they are born, but that’s what happened to me. My son was healthy and thriving inside my wife’s womb until they were brought to the delivery room. All seemed well until the OB started shouting, and I was hurriedly brought out of the delive...ry room. Two hours later, both my wife and my son were dead. The doctors weren’t clear with me what happened—they said it was a risky pregnancy and there was a complication. I started to hate the word “complication” because no one could explain what it means—just that something happened and my son and wife died. Dr. Bruce Fagel was the one who got to the bottom of things. I can’t believe that someone who helped us get pregnant and who was with us every step of the way would be the one to kill my family. They will never get away with this again.

Six months later, we got that she was in dire condition. Through Dr. Fagel, we found out that our mom was treated horribly. She had kidney failure and a host of other health problems that we didn’t understand where they came from—she was healthy and managing her meds well all on her own. Dr. Fagel helped us get justice. It won’t bring her back, but the people behind her abuse paid for their crimes.

On behalf of my whole family, I'd like to thank Dr. Fagel and his team for what they have done for my daughter Melissa. The representation that they had provided for her and our family was truly stellar. The passion and dedication for every client under his care show that he's more than just a lawyer...—he's a man who has taken his previous oath as a doctor to do no harm and is now holding other medical personnel to it! Blessings and thanks to Bruce Fagel and their whole staff. One of the problems with being a black woman is that we are not always taken seriously when it comes to medical concerns sometimes. I was convinced that I wasn't being handled correctly or taken seriously by the doctor I went to see about my ...chronic pain. They kept saying it was my diet or I was just tired and overworking myself—I know my body, I know something was wrong! It turns out I was right when I saw a different doctor. My health had gone downhill so much due to lack of care and treatment that it cost me more even to maintain myself now. But I didn't even think I could make a malpractice claim until I met the people at Fagel. It just shows how much the system hides from you and how important it is to meet professionals like them who know HOW to fight for you. Having them on my team made a lot of difference, and I can't thank them enough for giving me the support.

Dr. Fagel, I will recommend you and give you the best review I could give. My aged mother has been (and there’s no other word for it) abused and treated as a subhuman under the care of the nurses in the hospital that she was in. And if I hadn’t managed to record some of it, we would’ve never known. I...t was damning evidence, and I knew I wanted the best lawyer possible for the job, and Fagel Law was the first on the list. It was much deserved—the case they built for us and how they went after these people who treated my mother the way they did was with a real passion for delivering justice to us.
