Dr. Fagel, I will recommend you and give you the best review I could give. My aged mother has been (and there’s no other word for it) abused and treated as a subhuman under the care of the nurses in the hospital that she was in. And if I hadn’t managed to record some of it, we would’ve never known. I...t was damning evidence, and I knew I wanted the best lawyer possible for the job, and Fagel Law was the first on the list. It was much deserved—the case they built for us and how they went after these people who treated my mother the way they did was with a real passion for delivering justice to us. First, they told us that it was routine surgery. Then they said to us that there were complications and they're handling them. Dr. Fagel is amazing to watch in action. Being a doctor/lawyer he had total command at each stage of my case. It was clear from the start that the defense side was afraid of him.
