Prior to joining the Law Offices of Dr. Bruce G. Fagel & Associates in 2004, Mr. Ascencio specialized in medical malpractice defense, defending physicians, clinics, nurses, major metropolitan hospitals and health care corporations on behalf of several defense firms. Since joining the firm, Mr. Ascencio has devoted his efforts to fighting exclusively on behalf of injured plaintiffs and is an integral part of our legal team.
Mr. Ascencio's fields of specialty are representing plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases. In addition, Mr. Ascencio manages the firm's nursing home negligence and elder abuse cases.
