Dr. Fagel is amazing to watch in action. Being a doctor/lawyer he had total command at each stage of my case. It was clear from the start that the defense side was afraid of him. Whereas my family and I kept getting the runaround after my son was negligently harmed and we couldn't get any answers as ...to what exactly happened, once we called Dr. Fagel he explained to us exactly what went wrong and gave us the answers we were seeking. Ultimately, he made it very clear that it was totally our choice whether to accept a settlement or go to trial and his job was to make sure we understood the process, what was involved, and how much we would need for my son's care. We ultimately decided to settle because the hospital basically folded once Dr. Fagel started talking. We are very happy with the settlement and can now rest assured knowing our son has everything he could ever need and we can finally move on from this tragic affair. While Dr. Fagel couldn't heal my son himself, he could and did get us the funds to make sure my son and our family is well taken care of, just like he said at the start of our case.

He was a real 100% jerk with no soul. You need to be Dead before he listens to you. Didn't care about the story it's What did they do to you. If he's being investigatedone for misconduct, then take his license away. His staff were a bunch of heartless punks . Kept hanging up on me SHUT HIS BUSINE...SS DOWN. Get his employees on the street no job. I was driving they couldn't hear me had to take my phone off bluetooth. I kept telling them to hang on. She hangs up. I call back. And they kept hanging up on me. This heartless lawyer calls me I don't know how I got on legal match, I don't remember signing up through them He calls me and well the story above say it all. So I hung up on him last week. He's all about money not class not nothing. Take his license away
