Thank you, Dr. Bruce Fagel, and to your amazing team. Our lives have been shattered by what happened to our parents after the car crash, and we trusted the hospital when they said there was nothing to be done. Dr. Fagel's experience as an emergency room physician is unparalleled, and he told us the n...umber of things that our medical team should've done to keep my dad from dying. A simple CT scan of his injury could've saved his life, but the doctors were insisting that my dad was just acting up to get more meds. As for my mom, they could've tried to fix her bones, but the orthopedic surgeon opted to do a clean amputation. The doctors talked down to my family, but Dr. Fagel put them in their place. The hospital wants to settle, but we are not going to accept it—we are going to keep fighting until they have been closed for good.

As I write this, the words still face me. Winning the case didn't bring my husband back, but I made sure that those responsible paid for their crime. We went to the hospital because we trusted doctors, and they tried to sell us lie after lie because of their mistake. We are thankful that we talked to... Dr. Bruce Fagel, who told us during the initial meeting that something seems wrong. The medical advice we were getting was outdated and harmful, and they subjected my suffering husband to hours and hours of painful treatment that was only hurting him. If I could take back the clock, I would; we should've just stayed away from the hospital, and my husband should've been able to spend the last few days of his life in peace instead of agony. Thanks to Dr. Fagel, those doctors will never practice again. They have hurt the last innocent man of their lives.

My wife and I did everything by the book she took all the vitamins, had all the prenatal checkups, exercised, and ate well. We've had numerous tests and ultrasounds that show our baby being healthy and perfect but it all changed when we were in the delivery room. They said it was a breech delivery, b...ut they should've been able to resolve it quickly, right? What happened next was the worst few hours of my life as my wife howled in agony, and I saw the medical team suddenly panicking. It turns out one of their own ****** up. The next thing I know, our baby is dead, and my wife is on the verge of death too. After a long surgery, they controlled the bleeding, but my wife was left traumatized and scarred. Thanks to Dr. Fagel, we found out the truth our baby should've survived, and my wife shouldn't have to go through that ordeal if only they have been competent!

First, they told us that it was routine surgery. Then they said to us that there were complications and they're handling them. The last time her surgeon spoke to me, he said my wife passed away because she lost too much blood. I don't believe it—how can she die because of a routine surgery? Dr. Bruce... Fagel helped me get to the bottom of it—it turned out that one of their residents was drunk, and he accidentally hit a vital organ. I wouldn't have known about it if not for Dr. Fagel! The hospital offered me a settlement, but Dr. Fagel convinced me to go to trial. Well, I am glad we did—that resident and the surgeon both had his medical licenses revoked, and we came out richer by the millions. It is not enough for what they took from us, but at least the public knows about them, and they'll think twice about operating drunk again!
