Tigran Martinian

I’m a returning client of Martinian Lawyers, and I can’t say enough about how grateful am for this amazing team. Back in 2023, I had a hit-and-run accident where the other driver fled the scene. Martinian Lawyers handled everything from the property damage to getting me fair compensation for my inj...uries. More recently, I was in another accident where a driver cut me off and caused a collision. He even gave false statements to his insurance, blaming me for speeding and reckless driving. When I initially met with Martinian & Associates for a personal injury case, they were very nice and polite, and constantly stated how they would always put me first. We signed a contract, and they immediately connected with the other party to set up a meeting as my representative. They also schedule...d a number of doctor appointments for me to attend. So after suffering a serious injury, I was happy to be able to just concentrate on my recovery. But then out of nowhere, the law firm just dropped my case - and with no explanation... Martinian & Associates didn't even have the courtesy to call me. When I did reach out and talk to Lyusi, the case manager, she just said that she would call me back and never did. I can only guess that perhaps the firm may have felt that there wasn't enough money in the case or that it may not have been strong enough. Either way, it is no way to treat a person, especially someone who is injured and suffering. That's just my opinion. Thankfully, I was able to find another attorney. Good luck.

Tigran was an honest and knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive to me throughout my PI case. Having never had to deal with anything like that, I was grateful to have him on my side and truly felt he was an ally not only in regards to the final (positive) outcome of my case, but throughout the me...dical and healing process. I was involved in a multiple vehicle accident where I was rear-ended. Two months later, I was served with court papers from the driver who hit me, stating I was responsible for personal injury damages in excess of $25,000. Repeat- I was the one rear-ended. He also told me my insurance company's defense team would handle it and I didn't need to hire an outside attorney such as himself. So I did not retain him as my cousel, but based on how quickly and thoroughly he handled my consultation I have no doubt he would handle my case in a similar fashion.
