When I initially met with Martinian & Associates for a personal injury case, they were very nice and polite, and constantly stated how they would always put me first. We signed a contract, and they immediately connected with the other party to set up a meeting as my representative. They also schedule...d a number of doctor appointments for me to attend. So after suffering a serious injury, I was happy to be able to just concentrate on my recovery. But then out of nowhere, the law firm just dropped my case - and with no explanation... Martinian & Associates didn't even have the courtesy to call me. When I did reach out and talk to Lyusi, the case manager, she just said that she would call me back and never did. I can only guess that perhaps the firm may have felt that there wasn't enough money in the case or that it may not have been strong enough. Either way, it is no way to treat a person, especially someone who is injured and suffering. That's just my opinion. Thankfully, I was able to find another attorney. Good luck.

I was involved in a multiple vehicle accident where I was rear-ended. Two months later, I was served with court papers from the driver who hit me, stating I was responsible for personal injury damages in excess of $25,000. Repeat- I was the one rear-ended. I emailed Tigran about a consultation. He t...exted me back in 10 minutes and met with me an hour later at his office. He explained the overall process in handling these cases from both the plaintiff and defendant point of view. He also told me my insurance company's defense team would handle it and I didn't need to hire an outside attorney such as himself. So I did not retain him as my cousel, but based on how quickly and thoroughly he handled my consultation I have no doubt he would handle my case in a similar fashion.
