I was highly recommended to The Tigran Martinian’s Law Firm by a mutual friend of ours.Tigran was very forthcoming & professional in returning my calls and texts. Explained every details whenever I had questions. There was never any uncertainty about my case, and frankly speaking, I never had any dou...bt that Tigran that he was fighting hard for me. I would highly recommend Tigran to any of my friends, colleagues, next door neighbor and family. All his staffs treated me like family member. Truly very caring and understand-ing. When I initially met with Martinian & Associates for a personal injury case, they were very nice and polite, and constantly stated how they would always put me first. We signed a contract, and they immediately connected with the other party to set up a meeting as my representative. They also schedule...d a number of doctor appointments for me to attend. So after suffering a serious injury, I was happy to be able to just concentrate on my recovery. But then out of nowhere, the law firm just dropped my case - and with no explanation... Martinian & Associates didn't even have the courtesy to call me. When I did reach out and talk to Lyusi, the case manager, she just said that she would call me back and never did. I can only guess that perhaps the firm may have felt that there wasn't enough money in the case or that it may not have been strong enough. Either way, it is no way to treat a person, especially someone who is injured and suffering. That's just my opinion. Thankfully, I was able to find another attorney. Good luck.

Tigran was an honest and knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive to me throughout my PI case. Having never had to deal with anything like that, I was grateful to have him on my side and truly felt he was an ally not only in regards to the final (positive) outcome of my case, but throughout the me...dical and healing process. I hope I never have to hire him again, but would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a PI attorney.

I hired this firm in 2012, and my case was settled about a year later. I did get a decent amount of money that covered my medical bills, however had an awful, awful experience. When I brought my case to Tigran and his associates, I received A-Class Service. However, shortly after signing everythin...g, this law firm became a living nightmare to deal with. Getting a hold of anyone in the office and information on my case was always a struggle. It would often take leaving multiple phone calls and voice mails, before I had to track down someone to speak with and help me get updated information on my case. With the exception of one paralegal, Carlos, the associates at this firm are horrendous to work with. Despite the fact that I had gotten into a car accident and had medical bills to pay, this firm didn't seem to care very much and treated me like I was an idiot. They NEVER went out of their way to assist me and pretty much kept me in the dark and did not provide much legal advice at all. On more than one occasion I was mocked, and even told that because I fit a certain physical description and image, I "would be fine and get my money." The lawyer I worked with often discredited my concerns because my injuries were not severe enough and I wasn't willing to get surgery or injections to "prove" how bad my injuries could've been. Overall, I think the professionalism within this firm is beyond poor. I would suggest you really search around and do your homework so you avoid working with or getting stuck with these skeezballs. They will cause more struggle, stress and aggravation than they are worth. Hope this helps save some of your time!
