Lance Raymond Claery

After speaking with many lawyers, I was relieved to find this one. He definitely understood my child custody problems and made me feel really good about a very difficult process. The staff was very attentive to my needs, they communicated very well with me , and I could tell they really cared abo...ut my divorce case. My job provides me with an always changing schedule, and the staff went out of their way to make things easy for me which was really important for me. I recommend this law firm to any person who needs assistance with a divorce especially if you have contested issues related to custody over your children.

As far as issues related to my children go, there is nothing more important to me. Mr. Claery clearly understood this and he chose a custody and support course of action that made sense. His understanding of my predicament, knowledge of the law and his ability to talk "law" to me in plain english h...elped me so much I cannot even put it into words. All I wanted were fair orders. My attorney delivered results in the court. He was prepared, clear with the judge and I am happy with the judge's orders from the court action.

I had an excellent experience with Lance Claery. I'm on my own having my first baby and he helped me so much. I didn't understand the process of getting support and just had no idea what to do until I hired this law firm. They prepared all the papers and went to court for me. I am happy with the ...service, results and am happy to recommend Claery and Green for child support matters.

I have very mixed feelings about Claery and Green. I will say that it is buyer beware with any family law attorney. Lance Claery gave me poor advice with how to proceed with child custody in order to get money from me. I wasted time and money taking a course of action that I now realize was unwise... to begin with. At the outset of my divorce, they assigned a young inexperienced lawyer who tried, but ultimately did not want to even practice family law, so she left the firm. At an important child custody hearing, they sent a brand new lawyer, who was not familiar with my case, family, or names of my children. I'm still upset about not taking control of that hearing and asking my own questions and telling the guy to shut up. Finally, they assigned Eli Hammond to my case and I thought he performed admirably - he must be the one associate that they value because I think he's the only guy who is still there 3 years later. I cannot say that I recommend Claery and Green because you cannot trust their advice. They are not in the business of providing reputable legal assistance, they are in the business of telling people what they want to hear in order to extract dollars from them.

Claery and Greene may work for some people, but it was a nightmare for me. In a nutshell: I was put into a very difficult situation and was inclined to seek legal advice. At a VERY trying time in my life I was assured by Aran Treadway, and later Sean Sobottka, that this crisis would be handled swi...ftly and effectively. I was told that things would be done within several weeks, a couple months tops. Fast forward 10 months or so, and things are now FINALLY wrapped up. I was also made to believe I was being charged for a flat fee and ended up spending well over twice that. They WILL nickel and dime you. Throughout the whole process, I was passed along to at least half a dozen different agents. I'll admit, my case was probably not an extremely profitable one for them, but nonetheless, this was a nightmare for me. I recommend staying far away from them. If you decide to hire them, read everything twice and ask ample questions.
