Bait and switch firm, will tell you want you want to hear then you"ll get a first year rookie that will make endless mistakes that will cost you lots money. Ive been down this road before and never had any issues. Still recovering from all the mistakes and the parenting plan the rookie created not th...e one that was agreed upon by other party. $7000 and Im still battling with other party do to all the mistakes and had to hire another attorney to re open case and fix mistakes. Spending double the money for endless mistakes. beware beware beware!

Watch out for these crooks I called for a consultation because I was thinking about getting an attorney.for a restraining order and I told them I need to think about it and I gave them my credit card number over the phone.but I didn't authorize them to run my credit card but they did anyways for 5600... dollars without my permission. and I didn't even have a contract with these guys I only spoke with them a few times and then they pretended like the did a bunch of work on the same day lol.. that's fraud they can't do that they offer free consultation don't they I just got a bad feeling like they were working for the other side. watch out what attorneys you use these days I recommend using an attorney you know I've learned my lesson with firms like these. now I'm gonna have to dispute these credit card charges with this company shouldn't be hard since it was fraud without a contract. it's always best to work problems out yourself or represent your self in Court easy piezy depending on the attorney you need.

Claery and Greene may work for some people, but it was a nightmare for me. In a nutshell: I was put into a very difficult situation and was inclined to seek legal advice. At a VERY trying time in my life I was assured by Aran Treadway, and later Sean Sobottka, that this crisis would be handled swi...ftly and effectively. I was told that things would be done within several weeks, a couple months tops. Fast forward 10 months or so, and things are now FINALLY wrapped up. I was also made to believe I was being charged for a flat fee and ended up spending well over twice that. They WILL nickel and dime you. Throughout the whole process, I was passed along to at least half a dozen different agents. I'll admit, my case was probably not an extremely profitable one for them, but nonetheless, this was a nightmare for me. I recommend staying far away from them. If you decide to hire them, read everything twice and ask ample questions.

I was so fortunate to have found and retained Claery & Green for my divorce and post judgement issues. While the divorce itself was hard enough, in the year after my divorce, financial issues arose with my ex which were unbelievably stressful. After my divorce was final, I called Claery &Green at 4...:00 Friday evening in an absolute panic (I am not sure what I expected them to do at that moment), I was transferred to Mr. Claery who advised me of what my next steps should be and assured me that I was protected should the matter need further action. A few weeks ago, another issue came up and again I called Claery & Green very upset and again they were there for me by providing counsel and services. What impressed me most is that they not only addressed the immediate issue but also provided strategies to preemptively address future problems. Knowing that I had competent and compassionate advocates on my side really helped me though a very difficult year. I would recommend Claery & Green for legal services without hesitation.
