I have used Jessica twice for issues with credit card collections. I was scared when the Process Server showed up at my door and did not know what to do. I called Jessica and she immediately put me at ease. In my first case I was being sued for $3000 and ended up paying only $1700, including all fee...s. I also was able to make my payments in installments and the debt was removed from my credit. I never had to appear in court even once, Jessica handled it all, court appearance, mediation, etc. In the second case, I got a letter from the collector AFTER they had been notified that I had retained Jessica. Jessica had explained to me that if I was contacted in any way by the collector after retaining her, I should notify her immediately.
