Divorce and Custody Matter

After speaking with many lawyers, I was relieved to find this one. He definitely understood my child custody problems and made me feel really good about a very difficult process. The staff was very attentive to my needs, they communicated very well with me , and I could tell they really cared abo...ut my divorce case. My job provides me with an always changing schedule, and the staff went out of their way to make things easy for me which was really important for me. I recommend this law firm to any person who needs assistance with a divorce especially if you have contested issues related to custody over your children.

Would not trust this law firm again

I have very mixed feelings about Claery and Green. I will say that it is buyer beware with any family law attorney. Lance Claery gave me poor advice with how to proceed with child custody in order to get money from me. I wasted time and money taking a course of action that I now realize was unwise... to begin with. At the outset of my divorce, they assigned a young inexperienced lawyer who tried, but ultimately did not want to even practice family law, so she left the firm. At an important child custody hearing, they sent a brand new lawyer, who was not familiar with my case, family, or names of my children. I'm still upset about not taking control of that hearing and asking my own questions and telling the guy to shut up. Finally, they assigned Eli Hammond to my case and I thought he performed admirably - he must be the one associate that they value because I think he's the only guy who is still there 3 years later. I cannot say that I recommend Claery and Green because you cannot trust their advice. They are not in the business of providing reputable legal assistance, they are in the business of telling people what they want to hear in order to extract dollars from them.

super lawyer and nice person

This attorney is one of a kind. He listened to me and really wanted to help me. I worked with him and Brent, his associate, and both of them were great. Dissolving a domestic partnership is tough trust me on that and they made it feel easy.

I am thankful

There is no easy way to end a marriage, and as divorces go, mine was fairly amicable. What I needed was some guidance and legal advice to facilitate the processing of the formal paperwork. I had retained an attorney through family recommendations prior to retaining Claery and Green. I could not ge...t a hold of him (almost ever) and felt that I was not a priority for him as a client. At that point, I decided that I needed to consult with an attorney who only practiced family law. I am so glad that I retained the services of Cleary and Green to assist me. It was really important to me to have someone to ensure that I was protected and to tie up loose ends. I never felt that I was a burden on my attorney or that I was not a priority to the firm. I had access to my attorney and all of my emails and calls were returned promptly. Time was really important to me as I did not want to have a long and drawn out procedure (I am of the belief that you just need to rip the band aid off). I was able to finalize my paperwork in a timely manner and move forward with my life. I am truly grateful for the guidance, support and peace of mind that I gained from working with Claery and Green. I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of a good family law firm.

Overseas

I am overseas in London. He helped me with my California legal matte and made me feel asif it made no difference where I was. I feel as if this firm is top notch.
