OUTCOME:

We met with a very bright entrepreneur in early 2015. He reached out to us because he had a business idea he wanted to pursue. We helped him form the company, prepared a stock compensation plan for his ... future employees, and set him on his way forward. Today his company is a thriving tech-startup with over 20 employees.
