Highly recommend

Joubin Sedgh has been handling a complex legal matter for me for the past year and I have been impressed with his diligence, communication and knowledgeable handling of the case throughout. Excellent Attorney

My experience with Joubin Sedgh is exceptional. Joubin Sedgh has provided my company with exceptional legal expertise dealing with multiple issues. His knowledge and mastery of business and contract law has saved my company countless times. Joubin has plenty of intellectual horsepower and always make...s us feel respected and well treated. He is a relentless negotiator with superior courtroom skills, and we get that big firm service at small firm prices. If I needed legal services again in a comparable capacity, he certainly is the first direction in which I would turn.

Successful H1B work visa application

I keep it short: I received a final job offer only 2 weeks before the H1B visa application period started April 1st 2014 (closes after one week). I contacted a couple of well-reputated lawyers, and also Joubin who was recommended to me. However, I decided Joubin because I had a good feeling from the ...first moment talking to him. He might be not as experienced as the others I contacted, but his attitude was by far the best, meaning 100% true commitment to do everything possible, unconditional. Also, he considered my financial situation and offered a fair deal. End of the story is that I got my visa, which was not for granted under the given circumstances (LCA, required documents, case preparation, etc.) . Having said that, he truly deserves this top rating. Excellent job, THANKS!

Highly recommended....

One of the only attorneys in Los Angeles that actually cares about their clients needs. Mr. Joubin went out of his way to help us with our case and was successful in getting what we wanted. I highly recommend him for all your legal needs. Thank you again for everything.

Mr. Singh is one of the good lawyer that I have ever worked with. He clearly explained the issues related to immigration laws that I want to know, moreover he helped me to complete my immigration Docs perfectly in a short time.
