Matthew Paul Krupnick

I retained Matthew Krupnic for my Unlimited Civil Case for damages and he was awful. He never returned my communication with him for months at a time. He didn't file or defend my case properly so it was dismissed with prejudice because of his neglect with responding to the Defendents and to his clien...t, me. I am now trying to reopen my case and seek other council which is very difficult and almost impossible.

I have had to hire Matthew for his services on 3 separate occasions and each time I have left COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND HAPPY! In one case, I got EXACTLY what it was I wanted, and didn't lose anything that was at risk. The second time I enlisted his help, he settled my case out of court, and got me a ...very hefty settlement. The most recent time I had the pleasure of watching this genius in action was when a lawsuit was brought against me. We were unsuccessful in mediation, and took the case to trial. He was once again victorious! The 3 times I've used him I have been so glad I did. I've seen a 100% success rate with him. I'm already hiring him to represent me in a new case, because I know that when he goes to bat for me, IT IS ALWAYS A HOME RUN!!!! ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT HIM MUST BE FALSE! He is the best!!!!

I see I am not the only one to realize how special this man is.... but I must add that while I used to think lawyers were all about the money, I still feel that way! HOWEVER, I now know there are exceptions, and Matthew Krupnick is not only an exception, but exceptional. From constant contact (even ...on weekends, holidays, while he was on vacation, which in the three years I've known him has been one time only, and that was for a conference he goes to every year to continue to stay razor sharp as a litigator) from him through email, text message, telephone calls (usually on his cell, which for me was a first but with him he insisted to call his cell at any time day or night if I needed him), to the skills he demonstrated that got me a policy limits settlement that three prior attorneys (each of which had been practicing law for about 40-50 years each) told me was not possible, Matthew has changed my life and made a friend, a supporter, and a deeply thankful client out of me that nothing could ever change. I read the few negative reviews and scratch my head. I always saw clients hugging Matthew, and thanking him and praising him. It was literally like hew as their family. I guess there is always a disgruntled few in the bunch, but I would recommend Matthew to my mother, my children, my minister, and anyone else I wanted to help prevail in their legal battle and be put at ease the entire time knowing that they had he best lawyer in the world working for them. Matthew, I hope you don't mind me writing this, I know you are humble and shy about this stuff (p.s. you better have hung those awards up next time I come visit! This man must hold a world record for lawyer awards, I kid you not. Well deserved to say the least.) The world needs to know lawyers like you exist, and while I tell anyone I can, this site is great and I thought it was the perfect place to let the public know about you. So forgive me for embarrassing you, but you deserve it and you will live! haha You just keep fighting the good fight and please don't ever stop. It is good to know that there is at least 1 lawyer out there that is uncompromising in his integrity, his devotion to his clients, his remarkable skills as a litigator and trial lawyer, and his compassion and true love he holds for each of his clients. Matthew Krupnick keeps the same commitment even ...for those that, in my humble opinion, do not deserve the type of individualized and devoted skills and heart Matthew Krupnick pours into every case. I have known Matthew for several years now, and to see that he has held on to the fire, the passion, the hunger, all those things that drive us as humans to break the mold and set new standards of excellence, it inspires me. I can see what a harsh toll this business of “justice” must take on him, but he is relentless, and while I worry about how hard he works, I must say, he is an inspiration to me and my family and I felt compelled to state this publicly, especially in light of ignorant reviews by people who clearly are not clients of Matthew’s or at a minimum, are not telling the truth as they try to push an obvious agenda of slandering this lawyer who has literally saved and/or positively and profoundly changed the lives of thousands. Matthew and his team run a firm like no other I have ever experienced. Matthew has never made a promise he didn't keep, never missed an appointment, a meeting, a court hearing, or anything else that would show he is anything less than honorable, dependable, and dedicated to his clients and his practice of law. I was and always will feel completely blessed to have had Matthew Krupnick (and not just because his reputation and ratings on sites like this, and many other sites, organizations and impressive award presentation groups that continue to prove Matthew to be what I believe 1 of the most well-respected, award-winning attorneys who still has the true passion to fight even the toughest fights all the way to the end, against any odds, to get each client, big or small, with cases of multimillion dollar value as well as those smaller cases, every single ounce of justice they are entitled to). I will admit that Matthew has represented me several times, and despite others saying I had no case, or a case that was impossible to win, Matthew made me believe in myself and encouraged me to fight for what I felt was right and just. That resulted in Matthew battling a ruthless, multi-million dollar insurance company and their team of lawyers assigned to beat Matthew so that I would not get anything despite what a jury ruled, which was that they owed me almost one million dollars. So yes, if that makes me biased then I guess I am. But the fact remains, Matthew changed my life and the life I can provide for my family forever, and he did it because he believed in me and knew we were fighting for justice and not just money. Throughout the world wide web, one is hard pressed to find anything other than tributes to Matthew, his firm, the awards he continues to win, the victories he continues to achieve, his growing notoriety and exposure in the media for his fearless litigation against those who would do anything to hurt Matthew for standing up to them and fighting for his clients. I dare say some of these big money companies are capable of writing bad reviews on this site and anywhere else they can, either as some “anonymous concerned client” or some other fictional, make-believe character used to slander the good name of one of the last truly great lawyers left in this business. Matthew is still so young it always amazes me when I am reminded of his age. I hope you continue to fight against the odds Matthew, and know that you are appreciated by your clients, your friends, your family, and anyone who truly knows you. You are one of a kind, and I am so thankful to have found you and I sleep better at night knowing that you are just a phone call away if we ever need you. From beginning to end of the case for which Matthew Krupnick was retained, he was not very responsive to any means of communication. Most times I tried to reach out to him regarding the progress of the trial, I rarely ever got responses until weeks or even a month after the fact. I will not even ...attempt to consolidate 5+years of the case into a short story here. However I think it is important to point out that at the beginning of the case there was maybe Krupnick and his mother who is part of his firm working on the case, and then we had to retain what would be an additional 4 more attorney's brought on who all successively quit because of the lack of professionalism and preparedness that was shown by Mr. Krupnick. I tried very much to stay abreast of what was going on with the case and the new attorneys were a lot more communicative and let me know, but still nothing from Mr. Krupnick aside from the fact that these new attorneys would be coming on as co-counsel, which as I said did not last very long. There were several times when Matthew was not to be heard from by ANYONE and filing deadlines were missed for several of the other plaintiffs involved in the case and parts of their cases thrown out because Mr. Krupnick failed to file responses to the court in a timely manner. Fast forward to today, 5+ years since the case began and a settlement has been reached between both sides and not with the help of Matthew Krupnick. He has been sitting on settlement funds for over 6 months now that belong to me and at least two other plaintiffs. He has had these funds since June of 2014 and says he has been negotiating to handle any outstanding liens that each plaintiff incurred during the run of the case (i.e. therapists sessions by a therapist he has worked with in the past and referred all of us to). He came to us with an original compromise that the therapist wanted over 6 months ago, then after repeated attempts to reach him to find out how the negotiations were going, he came back to us 6 months later with THE EXACT SAME OFFER. In 6 months there was no movement at all. As of today's date only one person has received their settlement money, a plaintiff who became a close personal friend to Matthew Krupnick during the run of the case. Matthew has promised that he has completed the paperwork and will get it to us along with the settlement checks and this promise was made on December 15, 2014! I am not sure what he is doing holding on to money that he is not entitled to when he has given one of the plaintiffs there money, what is stopping him from doing the same for the rest? This is 100% accurate based on my recollection of how things went. I am not looking for anything more than to receive my settlement check and have been trying to do so for months and would LOVE to put an end to having anything ever to do with Matthew Krupnick. If you are considering hiring an attorney and Matthew Krupnick is on your list, please reread this post and think long and hard before you make your decision. Nowadays it is extremely difficult to trust an attorney enough to put into their hands something that is very meaningful to you and in some cases could mean your livelihood. If you are not willing to take such a huge risk, I applaud you and say do your research and hire someone who doesn’t have a detailed description of how this particular individual chooses to work, or more so not work, and how he chooses to treat his clientele when he so fancies to communicate with them at all.
