This attorney is very well know.

Mark has been a godsend when I needed him the most. I called him collect once from my jail cell in L.A COUNTY Jail. His father handled my parents divorce and his brother handled a case for me too. You can say the whole family has helped me. They are all very well versed in the law. If you are not pat...ient with him and you are negative you will not get a good response from his firm. My advice is to be patient and the outcome will always be good. Try to be likeable. Don't be one of those victims who we all know have done a crime and now are crying about the crap the landed themselves in. If you take responsibility you will get a way better outcome. The firm does a very good job by assigning juniors until your case is ready to GO TO TRIAL or to accept a deal. Mark does not waste time on arraignments as its totally preliminary. All the Judges and DEPUTY D.A'S know its a waste of time until the trial or accepting a deal. So you have to understand the the politics. Keep your mouth shut, smile at your attorney, be serious in court and respectful of the judicial system. You do this then people will be inclined to work in your favor. I have had almost 13 cases That Mark or his attorneys handled and it went quite well.

The BEST attorney ever!!!

I was shocked to read some of the negative comments on here! First off, I'm not famous, and he has provided me steller service. No, joke! I trust him and his team with any legal advice or representation. Thank you Mark!!

This guy is arrogant and will only take your money and do nothing for you. I paid him and all he did was send one of his inexperienced jr on a criminal case, I ended up using a public defender, after running out of money, the public defender did more on my case for free, and better outcome, than... geragagos office just asking for continuances while they try to stick me for more money, he never showed up to any of my court dates, why, because I'm not famous, once they knew I wasn't able and wouldn't pay anymore money, they dropped me, don't be fooled by his celebrity status he doesn't give care about anyone but himself. Sad but true,

None better! Absolute pinnacle of effective advocacy!!!

I have known Attorney Geragos for nearly 35 years and have been his client episodically since 1985. He has represented me in criminal cases, advised me on administrative and regulatory issues, and has counseled me during difficult intra-familial trust conflicts. I understood from the get-go that Mark... would not be making all routine appearances during my cases; his staff attorneys have always been competent and effective. I agree with some who criticize him for not always being immediately available for phone conferencing. I have never known an attorney or doctor who was. But in terms of achieving goals in court, Mark is clear, bright, articulate, and unceasingly effective. What more can a person ask than for an advocate who tells the truth, is demonstrably smarter and better educated than his opposing counsel every time he steps in court, and who accomplishes what he sets out to do for his client? Every penny I have paid to him, his father, and brother, has been an investment which continues to pay dividends to this day. Mark is the Kobe Bryant of Los Angeles attorneys: some people may criticize him for his style, but at the end of the game - the most important one - there is no one I would rather have taking the last shot for me, no one who owns the court (pun intended) like Mark Geragos. -
