I hired my attorney after I was pulled over, under the suspicion, of driving under the influence. The field sobriety test was a bust and the police claimed the breathalyzer test read twice over the legal limit. I had done my research. I was faced with a DUI refusal after denying a breathalyzer as the arresting officers refused to explain the law to me, I had an out of state license and had just moved here at the time. I called a dozen lawyers offering free consultations and all of them just overwhelmed me and made it sound like th...ey could do no wrong. Elliot was honest right out the gate, told everything to me straight and didn't give me the run around. I found that admirable and chose to hire him to defend me. Elliot fought for me in court for months so I could keep it in the back of my mind and try to get a grip back on my life since this shook me up. After the DA was finally ready to settle due to "problems with proof" he was able to reduce the Refusal charge (which is completely treated like a first DUI, and often has worse reparations) to a plea of No Contest for a Wet Reckless, which will drop off of my record after my three year probation instead of hanging on like a first offense DUI. I was also able to save my license (the DMV happened to lose my paperwork). I was grateful with the reduction because it requires a shorter term alcohol education classes, and I didn't have to buy an interlock device for my car. He always made me feel comfortable and when I had a bad time and was afraid and freaked out he was just a phone call away. He would never turn down a question. I highly recommend him.

Thanks to avvo, I found this very awesome attorney! He's a man of his word and he kicksass. He is a hardcore magician when it comes to dismissing dui cases. I felt very confident when he told me not to worry about anything and let him handled everything. I did what he told and BAM what do you know, C...ASE DISMISSED. This is no joke guys, Mr. Zarabi is your guy to defeat your dui. I can finally go back to my stressfree life. No more driving and getting high.
