Earlier this year, I made the worst mistake I've ever made in my life. I'll spare you the details of the night leading into it - just know that before the night was through, I was sleeping on a concrete bed in a holding cell, having been booked for a DUI. These were the worst circumstances I've ever ...faced - I'm not usually prone to mistakes this drastic. But everybody slips up here and there, and that's one thing Elliot helped me realized. It's not the end, rather just a very enduring challenge to take head on. I'm very grateful to have found Elliot as quickly as I did. After being released the next day, I immediately sought help from people close to me who I know could get me through the ugliest of situations. But he said to not even worry about anything, to take the whole month off and get myself in a good place and told me that we'd meet back again in a month. A month goes by, I come back from a relaxing vacation and go take care of matters with Elliot. He came back to me with some good news, news that meant there was a chance the DUI charges could be reduced to a wet reckless. We go to court together the next day, and he maintains his professional demeanor. Before going up to the judge, he pulls me outside and tells me we did it. Elliot worked miracles that day, because due to the circumstances I was facing, it was next to impossible to get the DUI charges dropped. Yet he pulled it off, and now here I am sitting comfortably at work, enjoying life as usual (albeit with some added court duties to take care of). The whole process was effortless and worry free, all thanks to the excellent services Elliot was able to provide. I'm glad I went with a UCLA grad to get me through the worst of times, Elliot had my back since the first time I gave his office a ring. I currently live in NC, but needed to resolve some legal issues I had in CA from when I lived there about 15 years ago. I found Elliot Zarabi through a google search. I was charged for several counts for driving & alcohol related offenses. That one night's mistake was going to ruin my entire life! :( I would like to call elliot, the magician ! :) Elliot really saved my case and his "magic" really worked to get a lower count and get out of probation. They don't know your life and your story... They are also human, so make sure you do your part to work with your attorney & give him/her enough ammunition to help make the best case possibly can! That's the strength of Elliot... He really took time to listened to me and gave me many appointment to meet with him... And he met with prosecutor (one-on-one meeting) to explain my situation and to pretty much plead for mercy & Grace to be flexible. Upto this day Eliot's still helping me... a week ago he came with me to court to help me sort out an issue with clerk office. And not a single penny charged ! His personal hands-on service is what I value the most. Even late nights, he never hesitated to respond to my texts. I was fretting and very anxious of my case and its ramifications, therefore I really needed someone just more than a legal assist... He was personable and took my case personal & serious. Which is how it should be even though I know for many lawyers you just become another file in his/her pile. In a culture that actively promotes alcoholism & its billion dollar industry, Alcohol related offenses have become so common, it has become a automated factory business to pump money for lawyers & cities. Cops have become like robots, issuing tickets ! As a result, Sadly, Good people gets thrown in & get stuck in the nasty court systems and officially get treated like criminals. :( When I go to my classes, I meet many others who just simply let the court throw the book at them and take whatever is given and one leads to another, their entire life is labeled a "criminal" ! I could only wish if they would took their incidents seriously and seek proper legal counsel to achieve the best outcomes so this ugly disorganized court system Won't control their life. Some don't even try ... Truly Sad ! As a result, They endup hating the police, the courts, the law, etc entire Legal system, even become real criminals down the line because they allow small life events converts into huge obstacles that affects their life, careers, family & future. After speaking with many lawyers, I realized elliot Zarabi is the man to help in my case. If you want personable service and friendly care, he's the right guy. Because almost every single bad event happens in our lives (which legal consequences), shouldn't be the end... They all have a way out! Patience with time, and doing your diligence, TRUST ME, Theres a way out ! It all depends on each step you take from there on... That includes getting the right legal counsel. Reach out to many like I did, and settle with the one that suits you & your case the best. Don't let the complications of the law & legal system complicates your life ! Im thankful to Elliot for being there for me... Pretty much day and nights (I used all methods, calls, emails & texts). In life When we feel like we have hit rock bottom, what we really need is not just a lawyer, also a personal friend to comfort us through the hurdles to reach peace of mind. Which is what help us undo the load we have to carry and keeps us sane to face trials in life. The Law is a book, with no feelings, we need the right mediator with feelings to interpret that to us. I have had several DUI's in my past, and unfortunately, I recently received two more, back to back. I was absolutely devastated and I didn't know what I was going to do. I took to google to search for DUI lawyers in LA, and Elliot was one that popped up. I made several appointments for prospective at...torneys, but when I met Elliot, I knew in my heart, that he was the one. This man is one of the most admirable people I have ever met. He advised me what I should do to satisfy the courts, and while I was in a detox center, he periodically checked on me to make sure I was doing OK. He spoke with my family (with my approval) with nothing but respect. A part of my plea deal was a slight stent in county, and this man took time out of his day to go through all the check in procedures, and visited me in jail, twice. Every time I talked to him, he would ask how I was doing personally, making sure I was on the straight and narrow. And two years after my incident, he still keeps in contact with me, and is still working on my case. He recently got my DUI's dropped, with the only thing remaining is my restitution. I really cant put into words how truly amazing this guy is, as a person and as an attorney. He is very funny, but he means business. I can say that I am truly blessed by finding him on my attorney search. I couldn't ask for a better representative than Elliot. He will go above and beyond, and will treat you like you are his only client.
