Vincent received his Associate of Arts degree from Miami-Dade Community College. He then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from the Honors College at Florida International University and a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Florida International University. Vincent received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Tulsa College Of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Vincent has previously been with the firm Best & Sharp in Tulsa, OK. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, The District of Columbia, Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals – Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court – Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. My son’s case

I would like to discuss how Vincent and his team handled my sons car accident while we lived in Florida. Vincent and his team were in constant contact with us every step of the way and whenever we had an issue, he returned phone calls and text messages immediately it was always following up with us very quickly, and with good advice, and continued guidance on how to maneuver through this difficult time. As a result, we were able to get a substantial settlement award due to his negotiating with the opposing attorney, and the insurance companies. Vincent and his team also dealt with insurance adjusters and medical billing situation‘s to make sure that the return was optimal. Excellent Job

Responsive, Personable, and Always On Your Side!

I hired Vincent and his team to help with my litigation after a car accident last year. Excellent Service!

Mr. Tubiana was recommended to me since I needed help to sort out an issue related to a speeding ticket and it was solved in about a week! Car Accident- Personal Injury

I was in a car accident and the collision caused serious injury to my neck. Vincent has helped my family in the past and now has greatly helped me. Great legal representation

Thankful for the expertise and results

Vincent and his team helped me win two separate lawsuits related to auto incidents. At the time, I was in university while balancing work in the nonprofit industry and therefore did not have the capacity to deal with much outside of my obligations. Settled the Case

Was involved in a car accident. Police report clearly states I was not at fault. My insurance company tried to charge me with fault and also sent me a bill for their other clients rental car. Vincent got everything straightened out, delt with all the problems and fees that came about, got me the much needed medical attention that the insurance wasn’t going to pay for, and settled the case with a settlement to me. Great Attourny. Highly recommend him and his team to anyone that needs legal assistance.
