Vincent Tubiana carries significant experience in a broad array of civil and criminal matters. Vincent received his Associate of Arts degree from Miami-Dade Community College. He then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from the Honors College at Florida International University and a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Florida International University. Vincent received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Tulsa College Of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Vincent has previously been with the firm Best & Sharp in Tulsa, OK. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, The District of Columbia, Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals – Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court – Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, The Oklahoma Bar Association, The Upper Keys Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
