Mr. Singer provided me a free consultation. He took his time and explored all of the issues which concerned me. He provided me a gameplan to deal with my legal issues. I am much appreciative.

Always helpful
On countless occasions Mr. Singer has taken my calls and has given me helpful advise in handling both my workers comp case and my employment issues. I am thankful that there are attorneys like him.

Tough Skin & Patience
Phone consultation with Ed was helpful. The W/C system is complex and moves at a glacial pace. Establish a good rapport with the paralegal staff as most of the communication will be with them. Direct contact with Ed will be initially, at important milestones in your case and at the settlement face. That's how the journey on this long and lonely road goes. This applies to most cases and attorneys. Much Luck!

Workers Compensation
I contacted Mr. Singer thru AVVO message posting. I asked him if he could contact me back via email and he did the next day. He also allowed me to email him WC case related documents before I talk to him on the phone. He also called me proactively from his end. When I called him after sending him emails first. He was very kind, professional, upfront and straight down to urgency business at hand. He was also very supportive and understanding of my most complicated WC case and situations (other attorney previously indicated to me not able help me further due to complexity nature of my case) and was willing to take more of his value time talking to me on the phone. Due to complexity nature of my case, he was also willing to meet with me at his office for further consultation. Thank you Mr. Singer from bottom of my heart. PS, Please also know Sergio of your office staff who contacted me back to schedule me a follow up appointment with you was extremely kind and very friendly. Just talking to kind voices of Sergio and yourself on the phone, makes my visit so much easier with lesser pressure and stress.

Top Worker's Comp lawyer for injured workers.
As a peer of Ed Singer, I strongly endorse him. He really knows worker's comp law and procedure. I have seen him in action. He fights to get injured workers the best medical treatment and compensation for his clients. If you're injured on the job, Ed would be the first attorney I would recommend. I've referred cases to him in the past with positive results.

Thank you
Mr Singer took on my work comp case. It was complicated because the insurance denied the claim. He went to court and fought with them. they finally admitted I got hurt. He's the best!

Helped me with Social Security
He consulted with me and helped me get my SSD. He took the time with me to figure out all the documents and doctor information I needed to get my social security approved. His staff was helpful and polite.

Mr. Singer took case of my case. He arranged for treatment and evaluations. He deposed the doctor on my case and got me a settlement with future medical care. I was happy what he did for me.

Terrific lawyer
Mr. Singer did an excellent job on my husband's case. My husband got injured at work and we spoke to several lawyers who seemed to run their firms like a mill. We finally met with Ed. He met us on the weekend and I was amazed of his knowledge of not only workman's compensation law, but also medical issues. He fought very hard for us. His staff of paralegals were also wonderful. I would recommend Ed.

I TRUST HIM!!!
I've been with Mr. Singer since 2007..... This case has been drawn out due to my previous employers lack of accountability. I appreciate the fact that Ed has been consistent and continues to fight the fight for me to get what is right.... A lot of other Attorneys would have told me to give up and accept the measly settlement they have offered, believe me I've been tempted because it's been a long road of B.S. However, because he believes what they have done is wrong and discriminatory towards me, he continues to battle for me and my greater good without having received a red cent, and for that I am truly grateful! I appreciate that he is available to discuss things via telephone, or in the office, although sometimes it is a few weeks out, but I understand. I have entrusted him to handle my case and I let him do his work, and know that I will be notified of any pertinent information. However, I am not one that needs to be updated daily on the status because I know my previous employer is dragging their feet on the whole thing, they are a government agency after all. Sooooo, thank you Ed for your continued support and determination regarding my case!!!

Unhelpful staff
It seems that there has been a change for the worse at Edward Singer's law firm. Previously, when I called his office, there was always someone to help me. Now, his people seem to be in their own silos. I would speak to someone at the firm about scheduling a meeting and then ask a question about my case. The scheduler tells me to speak to someone else even though he/she could easily answer my question (and had done so in the past). It seems they now have a "not my job" attitude. It feels like I'm being given the "run-around". When I call the second person, she's not available and I have to explain the whole thing over again.

unorganized staff and poor attorney communication
When I was injured at work which is a government employee my Union referred and assigned me to mr. Singer to represent me. It has been a very long process and I have been stressed out because of poor communication and the fact that his staff is unorganized and is always a big turn around I believe I have had four separate paralegals assigned to my case. I just hope that the final results will change my view.

Stop letting amatuers handle my case
I handled Mr. Singer because he had a reputation for being very knowledgeable workers comp. lawyer. But, after he took my case, he handed my case off to a non-lawyer (Sophia) who I can barely understand. She's not a lawyer and I find it impossible to get a hold of Ed. He sends Sophia to court for him though she's not a lawyer. When I hired Ed, I expected a lawyer to handle my injury case not someone "paralegal".. Sophia hardly even speaks English.

no communicating from office staff or Edward Singer
I I was referred to add words singer by the Union and I am NOT happy I am left in the dark with no answers no update only the unknown. I am continuously leaving voice messages emails even text messages with no reply no returns acknowledgement from the office staff or Edward himself. This is a very important case involving government agency.
