I've been his client for over 11 years since 2011.With trusting this individual with his promise to settle my workers compensation case,I've made the worst mistake in my life in trusting him & his employees. I've lost everything, meaning my health,wellbeing,savings,home,truck,ability to support my fa...mily,all because this man refuses to do what he was hired to do.He will make promises to good to be true. I've had a co-worker which was injured on the job,yet has his $300,000. + life time medical in just 3 months.He has caused my life so much turmoil because he would rather bow down to the insurance company.A man without the guts to fight for his clients. When he mistreats you in any way,file a complaint with California state bar,they need to hear about his behavior towards his clients.Maybe it's time for another complaint,it might do the job this time. All thanks to judge π<

Phone consultation with Ed was helpful. The W/C system is complex and moves at a glacial pace. Establish a good rapport with the paralegal staff as most of the communication will be with them. I worked for a large school district. The principal of the school threatened my life, so I filed a workers compensation claim. I made the mistake of hiring Mr. Singer. I would setup a phone conference with him but he would not call me the day of the appointment. He doesn't contact me for months.... I had to walk into his office to just get ahold of someone and then they say he's not there. He also sends incompetent people to court for him. At the last hearing, he sent someone who I couldn't even understand her.

When I was injured at work which is a government employee my Union referred and assigned me to mr. Singer to represent me. It has been a very long process and I have been stressed out because of poor communication and the fact that his staff is unorganized and is always a big turn around I believe I ...have had four separate paralegals assigned to my case. I just hope that the final results will change my view.
