Will not represent you. Will cause you to suffer many years of suffering.

I've been his client for over 11 years since 2011.With trusting this individual with his promise to settle my workers compensation case,I've made the worst mistake in my life in trusting him & his employees. I've lost everything, meaning my health, wellbeing, savings, home, truck, ability to support my fa...mily,all because this man refuses to do what he was hired to do.He will make promises to good to be true. I've had a co-worker which was injured on the job,yet has his $300,000. + life time medical in just 3 months. He has caused my life so much turmoil because he would rather bow down to the insurance company.A man without the guts to fight for his clients. When he mistreats you in any way, file a complaint with California state bar, they need to hear about his behavior towards his clients.Maybe it's time for another complaint,it might do the job this time. All thanks to judge π<

Don’t hire Ed Singer!!!

I was referred to Mr. Singer by a friend who's father is a judge and recommended him. I thought that if a judge recommends an attorney to a family member, he must be good. As it turns out, Mr. Singer is extremely knowledgeable about work comp law. However, he has failed to take care of me as a cli...ent. When I first contacted Mr. Singers office, I was immediately able to consult directly with Mr. Singer. That was the one and only time I was able to call his office and speak to him directly in over 5 years. I have had to wait up to 4 months just to speak to him for 5 minutes. Mr Singer does not return phone calls, emails, texts, faxes and will not see you if go to his office. Mr. Singer May be knowledgeable about the law but he is absolutely incapable of taking care of his clients! The problem is that Mr. Singer has so many clients that he can't possibly give any one client the attention that their cases need and deserve. Losing a client to bad customer service does not phase Mr. Singer as he is already overbooked way beyond his capacity to do his job proficiently and he will get your money regardless! Mr. Singer knows exactly what he is doing and he is in it only for the money, he doesn't give a rats ass about his clients! What ever you do, don't hire Ed Singer! Ed Singer is unethical and he is the epitome of the shister attorney that gives other attorneys a bad name.

Client

I have a case with Mr. SINGER's office. I'm disabled and this case is now going on 5 years with nothing. I have received 2 years of gas reimbursements from going to doctors. I feel I am at the same place, when my case is first started. Every time I call I have a different Paralegal (anyone can be... labeled a Paralegal) and I feel like I am wasting my time. They promise to call back and never do. They can't tell me if they did what they promised they would do and cut you short. I'm ready to do a Star Bar complaint. I just want to know where they went wrong? I feel they aren't doing there job because this case should be done. I'm just praying I still have a case because of legal proceedings that must be complete. Not sure, but I need to find out because I feel like something isn't done.

"I endorse this lawyer. Ed really knows worker's compensation law and procedure. He's respected among his peers as well as judges. He works to get injured workers the medical treatment and compensation they deserve under Worker's Compensation law. I've referred cases to Ed with positive results. I strongly endorse him. Sincerely, Alan"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
