Mark Russ is an amazing attorney. We were in desperate need of an attorney in an emergency situation with our daughter. We didn't know where to turn for help when our 23 year old daughter that had moved recently from Texas to California for a job had a bi polar mental relapse one morning and we called 911 for help only to find she ended up being thrown into jail... by the police that showed from the call. Mark was very understanding of the whole situation and her bi-polar and went out of his way to get to know our daughter and that this was her first offense of any kind. He also went out of his way to get to know our family and that we care deeply about our daughter and her well being. I hired Mark on a previous case that I had with immigration for my husband, working to get his US citizenship. Even though this is not the type of law he practices, Mark was very helpful.
