Consummate Professional

I found Mr. Russ online immediately after an arrest. I reached out and he contacted me within hours. Mr. Russ is a very personable and kind human. He is the consummate professional. He will get back with you in a timely manner when you email or leave a message at his office. I felt at ease discussing... case details with him. He got the job done. He is concise, up front, and is trustworthy. He is also friendly and a very kind individual. He was a wonderful find. I cannot recommend him enough. Again, he always returned my emails and phone calls, which to me was huge. For me, Mr. Russ got results. For me, he got the best possible outcome I could have expected. I was an out of state resident that was arrested for DWI. He was there from the beginning to the end as my representative to the court. He provided me with concise information and instructions. I was always able to do what I needed to do on my side with ample time. He was there for me when I needed a lawyer. I cannot recommend Mr. Russ enough.

Mark is honest, professional and helped me through a very tough situation.

I had just been arrested for a charge that was nearly 7 years in the past and I was facing several years in prison if things didn’t go my way. I called and left a message for Mark Russ, and he called me back the same day. Mark guided me through the entire court process over the next six months, alw...ays giving his honest, professional opinion on what possible outcomes could be. In the end, the evidence against me was too substantial to avoid punishment, but by defending me based on my character and the substantial time since my offence, Mark managed to turn what could have been a lengthy prison term into only three months in county jail. Even with a difficult case like mine, Mark managed to get the best possible outcome so I could move on with my life.

Excellent legal Counsel!!

Mark Russ is a skilled legal professional. He is a knowledgeable counselor who is trustworthy and is always willing to listen to and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. He was always available when I needed his expertise and I am glad I chose him to represent me.

Glad that we found Mark

I engaged Mark Russ to handle a case for my 24 year old daughter who was charged with multiple felonies. Mark helped me and my daughter through the entire process which thankfully he was able to resolve without going to trial. Mark was extremely responsive to email, text and phone calls. Mark met ...several times with my daughter while she was being held in detention and since my access to her was very restricted this helped her a lot. Mark also helped us with the arresting officers to try to get my daughter’s property returned. He never promised us anything he wasn’t sure he could deliver and delivered on every promise he ever made to us. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark Russ to anyone who finds themselves in need of a trustworthy, responsive and reliable attorney.
