Handicap placard case Attorney review

Although my case came across two Attorneys desk before landing on Mark Russ desk. I can truly say he hit the ground running with the information that was provided to him. Mark kept in contact with me about my case every step of the way via text and are call. He explained what could happen ...and what he will work on to make sure my outcome was positive. Mark even went an extra mile to consult with another attorney that handles cases for professional licensed clients to make sure this case want effect my license. Mark was great and I would recommend his services and the law firm he is affiliated with to anyone because each Attorney was helpful and knowledgeable in this area of criminal defense.

Response, Knowledge, Action, and Results

I would like to comment on the relief and the satisfaction I received from the services provided by The Shouse Law Group and specifically their attorney- Mr. Mark Russ. I was helping a friend that was here on a work visa and who was arrested for a PC 647.6. My friend was completely at a loss and dev...astated by the charge. English is a second language for him and he required all the support he could get. I did a web search for the penal code and the location of attorneys that specialized in this. I found and contacted Shouse Law Group and their response to my questions were immediate. Due to a busy work schedule we had limited time to meet on this charge. My friend had already been entered into databases for the CBP and DHS and this charge was going to prevent him from working in their controlled areas. Mark Russ was very accommodating with responding to us by phone, text and email, along with creating windows of time to meet him. Mark was able to secure an office near our work site to meet and discuss the elements of the case. The first meeting was positive and productive and our anxiety was greatly reduced. We definitely appreciated Mark and his team (Daniel B. & others) and their ability to provide documentation and other transactions via their firms secure website. Instructions were always precise and easy to follow. The meeting location and the firm’s business efficiency was important to us since we could not miss our contract work requirements, and more time was afforded to the resolution of the case. Mark went immediately to work and was able to resolve within a few weeks by calling and meeting with the investigators. The appearance in court was no longer necessary and the citation was quickly dismissed. Mark followed up with us to make sure my friend had received the appropriate documentation from the Police Department. This paperwork from the police cleared my friend’s status with the CBP and the DHS, and allowed him to continue with his work. I will absolutely keep The Shouse Law Group and Mr. Mark Russ’s contact info in my phone, and will not hesitate to refer friends, family or myself if ever in need.
