Excellent attorney

Melissa took care of my case of a illegal search and seizure. She was amazing. I felt very at ease knowing she was on my side. She actually listened to what ihad to say and did not jump the gun and judge me before we went over my case. I wpuld definitely choose her should I ever need an attorney ag...ain. Thank you melissa. Charges dismissed

Great, supportive, and patient attorney

I was very satisfied with Melissa Garscin services. She fought for my case even when I didn’t believe it was possible. Shes very in tune with her knowledge of the law and personal with her clients. She speaks facts and will not sugar coat anything, giving false hopes. Melissa pushed the hard line no...t once backing down from the DA. Her advice had a huge impact on me but she made it clear at the end of the day it was my choice and offered the support I needed in making any decision only after giving all options available to me in my case.

Sharp, smart, informed

Lawyers are supposed to have a bad name, but the Colorado Legal Defense Group exhibited service, insights, and grace that should make anyone feel very confident in calling upon their aid. I had an emergency legal case come up and Colorado Legal Defense Group looked like they had a specialty in this a...rea. One of the lawyers (a 19-year veteran of the Denver PD as Lieutenant, whose experience there was helpful) answered the call at about 10pm on a Sunday night, and reassured me on the situation. During the week I spoke with another lawyer on staff -- 3 people all told during the week, including Melissa Garscin. All of them were very detailed about my situation and the possible outcomes. When the DA announced his office would not be pressing charges, Melissa said she'll tear up the check I had written them because they didn't have to dig in and represent me in court. So the week's worth of communication ended up being gratis. Pretty classy move, imho. Most appreciated!

Excellent Legal Representation

Melissa Garscin handled my legal defense. She consulted with me and provided the exact information I needed to make decisions for my case. She promptly returned my phone calls, kept me well informed and updated in a timely manner. I always felt like my case was a priority and she was on top of eve...ry detail. Extremely Trust Worthy

I hired Melissa Garscin for a criminal defense matter. She was knowledgeable and responsive. She kept me informed, explained everything in detail in a comprehensive way. I felt like I understood everything I needed to. She was always on top of things, even though she was very busy. I do not have any... experience with such things or attorneys but I feel confident in referring her to anyone that needs representation. I will also note that her billing was clear and concise. Never did I question a thing in that regard.
