I made a terrible decision a few years ago, I was facing a felony DUI with injury in Glendale CA. My wife frantically called around to lawyers in the Los Angeles area. None of them were willing to go down to the jail and talk to me in person, and they were all asking for huge sums of money, $15,000...-$20,000.
