Josh and his entire team were amazing. I was involved in a horrible Vehicle vs. Bicycle accident and received a his brochure while in the hospital. I immediately gave him a call. Him and his assistant Polo arrived at my bedside without delay and was very attentive. They guided me every step of the wa...y with referrals to outpatient rehabilitation centers, therapy, and much more. They are the epitome of professional. I cannot speak on anyone else's case, but my case was very complex and him and his crew were able to straddle the hurdles which ultimately led to a positive conclusion. Five stars is not enough for the amount of hard work and effort they put in my case. Thanks goes out to the entire Cohen and Cohen team, including the new members. You guys make me feel like family.

Getting run over on my bike was a traumatic experience that left me devastated and uncertain for the future. I wanted to seek recourse and rehabilitation but my past experience with doctors, lawyers, and insurance companies had been less then pleasant. Thank god for finding Josh. Josh himself is a pa...tient and compassionate attorney and his staff is top notch. To say I was in a shaken state when I first walked into his office is an understatement but Josh and his staff not only made me feel looked after and supported, they helped me find doctors and therapist that brought me closer to my former self. I can not stress enough how helpful and professional Josh and his team were 100% of the way. I only wish I could go back to my former self right before walking through their doors and tell them their making the right choice and that they are in safe hands.

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Josh Cohen at an absolutely terrifying and horrible time in my life. Josh was my Angel. After a devastating fall down a staircase that was probably two inches away from breaking my neck and leaving me dead or paralyzed - but thankfully didn't - Josh took ever...y one of my phone calls and listened to each and every concern, sometimes returning messages well after hours, making sure I that was seen by top-notch specialists and that I got the best medical care available without spending a dime of my own money, regardless of the fact that I had severely limited health insurance. He was more than an attorney - he was a caring, supportive protector and friend. After two years of physical therapy and pain management, I reached a point where I realized there was no more improvement to be made. Though I would in a heartbeat give back every dime if I could undo the accident and go back to the condition I was in before it happened, I am very happy with the settlement that Josh was able to negotiate for me. He gave me strength and confidence during a time when I was profoundly injured and vulnerable and made me feel like I had some control over my situation. I hope to never require the services of a personal injury attorney again, but if - God forbid - I or anyone I love every does, Josh will absolutely be the one I call.

I don't know where to begin. The only negative thing I can say is that I'm a little sad that now that my case has settled I won't be communicating with him as often. I was a passenger in a car accident and for reasons I will keep to myself it was wildly traumatic emotionally, as well as physical...ly. When I first called Josh (a recommendation from a friend) I told him what happened and that the other party was fabricating a story denying fault. At that point it was a "he said vs she said" situation. Josh came up with a brilliant idea to go back to the intersection and find out if any of the businesses had security cameras. I did and voilà, one did! I was able to view the tape which clearly showed the other car running a red light. Josh got ahold of the video and ran with it. It took some time, and throughout Josh was a sympathetic ear. He has good beside manner, he even tolerated my emotional breakdowns (aka crying fits). He got me in to a great surgeon and had my shoulder fixed right up so that I could return to work. At the end of the process I wound up with an unexpectedly large settlement, which was a bonus of course. Thanks Josh!

I was hit by a car and wanted to avoid any lawyers but I realized I couldn't handle it on my own. I was afraid of losing more money, but Josh took on my case and gave me a lot of confidence despite the stress and uncertainty of how it could all. The whole situation was like a dark cloud over my head.... He and his staff were very professional the entire time, and his paralegal Lisa was so helpful, too. But more than being professional, they were just really GOOD. He really cares about everyone's well being and fought hard for me. My little kids thought he was great, too! And guess what? He got the settlement which was beyond satisfactory for me. Like Batman, I hope to never need him again, but if I do, I would do it all over. And my advice to anyone in any accident is to call him first.
