Highly Recommended!

After being struck by a car while riding a bike, I had to look for an advocate who could help guide me through the unpredictable worlds of physical recovery and litigation. Josh and his legal team came on board to advocate on my behalf, and I'm grateful that they did. Their experience, guidance an...d patience throughout a protracted settlement process was exemplary. Although it was personally nerve-wrecking to go through said process, I was always reassured by their professionalism and strong attention to detail. And above all, I credit their doggedness for winning a settlement that was beyond what I had expected. I will forever hold Josh and his team (Polo, Gabrielle, Martha and Dana) in the highest esteem.

Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and wins!

I got doored while cycling last year, and Joshua was my first and only call. He and his staff walked me through the process of maximizing our case, took care of everything, and got results, period. Highly recommended, especially for anything bike related!

Josh is a great attorney and a real champion.

When my husband was knocked off his bicycle and badly hurt we wanted a really good attorney to help us get a fair and just settlement from the insurance company. I'm an attorney myself and asked around to find out who's the best in L.A. We got some referrals and I went and met some of them but once I... met Josh I knew we'd found the prefect attorney for our case. Not only is he a terrific attorney he's also a cyclist himself and a keen advocate for cyclists so he fully understand and supports cyclists, but he's also a champion of a man. One of the best. Josh took our case and worked diligently and thoroughly to get us the settlement we deserved. Not only did he meet our every expectation of what a great lawyer should be, he was also endlessly patient in answering all our questions and extremely supportive and respectful of us a clients. I could say he was the silver lining in the black cloud of a bad accident but that would be selling him way short. He's a marvelous man, a great attorney and if you've had an accident I have zero reservations about recommending him.
