Jared and his firm was such a big help when I needed some agreements created and/or updated for my business. They were very considerate of my time and money! Being a small business every penny counts and they were worth every penny. I would recommend Jared and anyone at his firm to help with any of your legal needs. Great guy and a great firm!
Jared helped me successfully navigate a complex business ownership dispute with multiple parties involved. He is attentive, detail-oriented, responsive, trustworthy, insightful, and most importantly, effective at getting exactly the results I wanted. Legal matters are very stressful for me, so it says a lot to Jared's professionalism that I was able to focus on on running my own business while he handled the legal heavy lifting for me. I wholeheartedly recommend him -- get Jared if you want an attorney who you can depend on to put you and your needs first.

One of my best choices...
I’m glad I had effective advocacy. It was nice to rely on someone other myself! It’s very refreshing to work with a professional who cares about people.

Amazing Equine Lawyer!!
If you are in the horse industry, you will know that horses either bring out the absolute best or the absolute worst in people. There’s no in between. And sometimes the best thing to do is have a lawyer on your side.
Jared has been nothing but amazing helping us deal with abandoned horses, boarding contracts, cease and desists and licensing issues. Could not ask for a better lawyer. And if he thinks there’s someone better for the job, he refers amazing people to you.

Comments about my professional experience with Jared Moser
Jared helped me with a past due and in default issue with a tenant I had to remove from my rental property due to delinquent payments. He was very helpful in getting me to understand my rights and good at communicating with the client and their attorney. He was also stern with them when he needed to be. He helped me get a monetary monthly payment the softened the impact of their default. He was also fair and upfront about the fees he charged. A nice gentleman and very professional at all levels.

Child Custody
Mr. Moser not only handled my case with the upmost sensitivity and tact, but he also made me feel like I was his only client. The effort that Mr. Moser put into my case was surprising to me - I had worked with several attorneys prior to hiring him. When Mr. Moser spoke of my case, presented my argument, or asked questions of the other party, he addressed every issue from my point of view and arguing my specific points. I would highly recommend Mr. Moser to someone who looks for a personal touch with their case.

Never Again
I went back and forth with Jared via text a few times. Then talked to his assistant about the case. She did a conflict check and confirmed there was no conflict. Jared told me to call for a consultation. However, he failed to tell me that he charges $500 consult fee. He's the only attorney in town who charges such high prices. Nobody charges a consult fee anymore. He wasted my time. I am a former client of Jared M. Moser

This post is patently false, as I do not communicate with prospective clients via text message. My cell phone number is private. As to the consultation fee, it depends entirely on the circumstances and complexity of a case, including how much documentation must be reviewed prior to the consultation.

Avoid
This is my third time leaving a review as they all keep getting delisted. I had a terrible experience with this attorney and want future potential clients to avoid this attorney. I am a former client.

Mr. Clark, I'm very sorry you did not appreciate the time I spent evaluating your case, including the numerous documents you provided, and engaging in several email exchanges and telephone calls to discuss your options. That was certainly not justification for submitting a fraudulent credit card dispute for the retainer deposit for which we had your written authorization.
Unfortunately, I cannot re-write the facts or change the law. My goal is always to give my clients an honest assessment of your options, the costs of each, the pros and cons of each alternative, and a rough estimate of the probability of success for each. Sometimes, the facts and the law are not in a client's favor, as was the case for you, so I provided you a recommendation to maximize your net recovery without incurring significant attorney's fees in the process of resolving your dispute.
I believe you would have been even more upset if you had spent tens of thousands of dollars on legal representation only to end up in a worse place than you found yourself after spending only $1,000 - with a clear understanding of your rights and money coming back to you.

"I have know Jared since law school and it has been a pleasure to see Jared not only grow, but excel as an attorney. Jared previously clerked for two prominent judges, most recently clerking for the US Court of Appeals (which is no easy feat and is a very desirable and competitive position). Now Jared works for one of the most prominent law firms in town, only making the legal team stronger. There is no doubt in my mind that if I am ever faced with civil litigation, I will hire Jared in an instant. Client's cannot go wrong with such an intelligent and passionate attorney."
