Pre Birth order

My wife and I engaged a San Diego based lawyer for the surrogacy agreement however as our surrogate ended up being Nevada based we used Shoshana for our pre birth order . Frankly she was infinitely more helpful than the California based lawyer and we were a little annoyed we weren't recommended her a...t the outset. Highly recommended , responsive, and extremely professional

Helped my family through a rough car accident.

Shoshana was extremely helpful from the start. She met me in the hospital while my wife was still in ICU to go over the case with me, and start the initial paperwork. During this early stage she was very good at collecting all of the important details about the accident so we had all of the info we... needed to push back on the insurance companies. Shoshana and her team were also very patient and were able to answer all of my questions promptly. In the later portion of the negotiations, she was able to get the hospital lein released and also negotiated a decent settlement with our medical insurance company. Shoshana was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her as a personal injury lawyer.
