Very Disappointing Experience – Overcharged and Unprofessional I had an extremely frustrating experience with Michael Van as my lawyer. He promised big results and claimed that I would receive significant benefits from his representation, but unfortunately, none of that came to pass. It became cl...ear that Michael didn’t properly assess all of the evidence before making promises, which ultimately led to a loss in my case. His knowledge of the law seemed quite limited, and it became apparent that his focus was more on creating opportunities to bill me rather than actually helping my case. In the end, I was left with nothing but a hefty bill that I couldn’t recover, and no results to show for it. If you’re looking for a lawyer who genuinely cares about your case and can deliver on promises, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise caution when considering his services.

My calls and emails often went unanswered for days, and when he did respond, it... was dismissive at best. Michael Cary Van was an expensive mistake I wish I could take back.

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful Mr Van is! Starting out on my horrible divorce, I had a different lawyer who didn’t listen to a thing I was telling them. Through a tough divorce he made me feel like I had a voice, people who were championing for me, their full attention and sound advice I could trust to be in my best interest.
